Who you are

You have extensive experience in paid media acquisition, with a strong focus on strategy and execution. Your background includes managing significant budgets and optimizing campaigns to achieve measurable results. You understand the nuances of various paid media channels and have a proven track record of scaling lead generation efforts. Your analytical mindset allows you to measure and optimize performance effectively, ensuring that marketing objectives are met consistently. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy of paid acquisition for Swile's Business division. This includes defining strategic goals, managing budgets, executing campaigns, and measuring results. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and establish Swile as a leader in employee engagement.

You will leverage your expertise in various paid media channels to develop campaigns that not only drive leads but also strengthen brand recognition.
