You have a proven track record in sales engineering, ideally with experience in cloud security solutions. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can engage with diverse teams. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are skilled at identifying their needs to provide tailored solutions. You are passionate about technology and have a keen interest in cloud security, always staying updated with the latest trends and innovations in the field.
Desirable
Experience with open-source technologies and familiarity with threat detection tools will be advantageous. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
What you'll do
As a Senior Sales Engineer at Sysdig, you will play a critical role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to the sales team. You will engage with potential clients to understand their cloud security needs and demonstrate how Sysdig's solutions can meet those needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical presentations, and responding to RFPs. You will collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
