You have 1+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Ad Operations — you've successfully communicated with clients and driven measurable outcomes in your previous roles. Your strong understanding of content moderation and platform policies allows you to navigate complex challenges effectively.
You possess an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data — using insights to drive decisions is second nature to you. Proficiency in BI tools, spreadsheets, and internal reporting tools is essential for your success in this role. You are proactive and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Your excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, enable you to act as a trusted advisor to clients. You have a knack for creative problem-solving and are driven by performance metrics, always looking for ways to improve content quality and approval rates.
Desirable
A background in content moderation is a plus, as it complements your existing skills. Experience in ad tech and creative optimization will further enhance your ability to support clients effectively.
What you'll do
As an Advertiser Success Specialist, you will monitor, analyze, and optimize advertisers’ content performance across the content moderation lifecycle. Your role is crucial in delivering insights and recommendations to help clients scale their campaigns. You will work independently to set and achieve goals while collaborating with the Global Content Review Team.
You will improve content approval rates and reduce disapprovals by leveraging your analytical skills and understanding of platform policies. Your proactive approach will help you identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that drive success for your clients.
You will engage directly with clients, providing them with the support they need to enhance their content quality. Your ability to interpret performance data will be key in guiding clients toward better outcomes. You will also contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing insights and best practices.
