You have 3+ years of experience in Digital Media Account Management, with a proven track record of scaling performance-based advertisers and navigating the agency landscape. Your leadership foundation includes at least 1 year of experience leading a team of Account Managers, where you prioritize professional development and coaching to elevate client relationship management standards.
You are an expert in post-sale growth, not just managing accounts but expanding them by identifying untapped revenue levers and pitching to senior-level stakeholders. Your ability to translate complex metrics into clear, actionable narratives allows you to uncover the 'why' behind the numbers, and you can teach your team to do the same. High proficiency in Salesforce.com is essential, as you use data to track activity metrics and build effective strategies.
What you'll do
As a Team Lead on the US Growth Account Management team, you will serve as a high-impact Player/Coach, leading a specialized team of 3β4 Account Managers dedicated to scaling revenue across a diverse portfolio of brands, agencies, and affiliates. You will be responsible for the health and expansion of our Growth Advertiser pipeline, acting as a strategic architect for the Small & Medium Business segment. Your role will involve driving meaningful revenue, defining best-quality standards, and shaping the future of this rapidly expanding arm of Taboolaβs global business.
You will collaborate closely with your team to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Your leadership will guide the team in developing strong client relationships and achieving performance targets. You will also analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize account management processes, ensuring that your team is always aligned with the company's goals.
