Who you are

You have a proven track record in B2B sales and performance marketing — you've successfully generated new business and closed deals in competitive markets. Your strong prospecting skills enable you to identify and engage high-potential leads effectively, and you possess native or professional fluency in English, allowing you to communicate confidently with clients.

You are a self-starter with excellent organizational skills — you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and can manage a full sales cycle independently. Your strong deal-closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills have contributed to your success in previous roles, and you are motivated to drive significant revenue growth.

Your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team is essential — you understand the importance of contributing to shared goals and can navigate client-facing conversations with confidence. Active listening and structured thinking are part of your skill set, enabling you to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Desirable

Experience in ad tech, social media marketing, or general performance advertising is a bonus — you have a solid understanding of media buying KPIs such as CPM, CTR, and ROAS. Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others will give you an edge in this role.

What you'll do

As a Growth Advertising Sales Manager at Taboola, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth in the UK market. You will act as a strategic consultant to advertisers, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize performance and deliver results. Your role will involve prospecting and closing deals, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets.

You will engage with high-potential leads, utilizing your strong communication and presentation abilities to articulate the value of Taboola's advertising solutions. Your independence and motivation will allow you to manage the full sales cycle effectively, from initial outreach to closing deals.
