Who you are
You have 4+ years of experience in sales, ideally within the digital media landscape, where you've demonstrated a strong ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. Your leadership skills shine as you guide a new business team, combining hands-on sales with strategic oversight. You possess native or professional fluency in English, with French being a valuable asset. Your passion for sales is matched by your analytical skills, allowing you to turn client conversations and data trends into actionable business insights. You have a solid technical aptitude, enabling you to quickly learn and utilize campaign tools for effective optimization. Strong prioritization skills help you manage competing demands while consistently hitting objectives, and your excellent communication skills ensure you can engage effectively with clients and team members alike.
Desirable
While not mandatory, having experience in structuring and negotiating deals will set you apart. A genuine interest in online content and relationship-building is also a plus, as is any additional proficiency in French.
What you'll do
