Job Description
Who you are
You are a motivated and commercially driven individual with 1-2+ years of experience in a B2B environment, ideally in sales development or business development. You possess native or professional fluency in both German and English, allowing you to engage effectively with high-potential leads in the DACH region. Your strong prospecting skills enable you to identify and connect with potential advertisers, and you are comfortable working towards KPIs independently. You are organized and self-motivated, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where you can manage your outbound efforts effectively.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, which you utilize when conducting cold calls and client-facing conversations. Your ability to listen actively and think structurally allows you to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. You enjoy collaborating with team members and contributing to shared goals, making you a valuable asset to any team.
Desirable
Fluency in multiple EMEA languages is a strong advantage, with French being particularly beneficial. Familiarity with performance marketing and sales tools will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative at Taboola, you will play a crucial role in redefining the outbound playbook and driving significant revenue growth in the EMEA market.
