Who you are

You have over 5 years of account sales experience in the IT industry, particularly in enterprise software sales. Your ability to collaborate closely with CxOs and key decision-makers is a testament to your strong business development skills and strategic thinking. You possess a deep understanding of specific industries and business operations, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of Tailor Japan's solutions to clients. Your leadership and project management skills enable you to take initiative and drive results independently. Proficiency in business-level Japanese is essential for this role, and any technical knowledge related to cloud technologies is a plus.

Desirable

Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot will enhance your ability to manage customer relationships effectively. Additionally, having project management skills and consulting capabilities related to client operations will set you apart as a candidate. Fluency in English is also welcomed, as it will facilitate communication with international teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will formulate and execute strategies to meet sales targets, ensuring that Tailor Japan's products are effectively positioned in the market. You will build and strengthen long-term relationships with both existing and new enterprise clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and how Tailor's solutions can address their challenges. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the product portfolio to develop tailored solutions that resonate with clients. Managing the entire sales process from contract negotiation to delivery and invoicing will be a key responsibility, ensuring a smooth transition for clients. You will also gather feedback from customers to contribute to the improvement of sales materials, processes, and product offerings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be essential to support customer success and drive overall business growth.

What we offer

Tailor provides a competitive salary range of 8 million to 20 million yen, commensurate with experience. We offer a flexible working schedule under a flextime system, along with biannual salary reviews and performance evaluations.
