What you'll do
As a Scrum Master at Tailor, you will lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum principles. You will work closely with product owners to prioritize the backlog and facilitate clear communication between stakeholders. Your role will involve coaching team members on Agile practices, helping them to improve their processes and increase their productivity. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing any impediments that may arise during the development process, ensuring that the team can deliver high-quality products on time.
