What you'll do

As a Technical Sourcer at Talentful, you will be responsible for finding and attracting the best software engineering talent for our clients. You will utilize a range of sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, ensuring a diverse and high-quality talent pool. Collaborating with hiring managers, you will develop a deep understanding of their needs and the specific skills required for each role.

You will engage with candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, and conduct initial outreach to gauge interest and fit. Your ability to communicate effectively will help you build rapport with candidates and guide them through the recruitment process. You will also track and analyze sourcing metrics to refine your strategies and improve overall effectiveness.

In this role, you will contribute to enhancing the employer brand of our clients, ensuring that they are positioned as attractive options for top talent. You will work closely with the Talentful team to share insights and best practices, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
