You have extensive experience in technical recruitment, ideally within the technology sector — you understand the nuances of sourcing and engaging top talent in a competitive market. Your expertise in utilizing various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, allows you to find passive candidates effectively. You are passionate about transforming recruitment into a strategic function that drives business value and competitive advantage.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate the value proposition of roles and the company to potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
You are data-driven and understand the importance of metrics in recruitment — you leverage analytics to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes. You are committed to building diverse and inclusive teams, recognizing the value that varied perspectives bring to an organization.
Desirable
Experience with executive hiring and workforce planning would be a plus, as well as familiarity with employer branding strategies. A background in working with high-growth companies or startups is also advantageous, as it equips you with the agility needed to adapt to fast-changing environments.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for finding and attracting the world's best talent to our clients — you will utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies that align with their goals.
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates will ensure a positive experience and help you secure top talent for our clients.
You will also contribute to improving talent processes and employer brand activation, working closely with the Talentful team to enhance our overall recruitment strategy. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in shaping our approach to talent acquisition and ensuring we remain competitive in the market.
