What you'll do

In this role, you will own the Visit Optimization initiatives, setting the strategic direction for how Talkiatry leverages its EHR system to enhance financial performance and clinical quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategies that unlock the full potential of operational processes. Your hands-on approach will involve guiding teams through the implementation of new initiatives, ensuring that they align with the overall goals of the organization.

You will analyze current operational workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes that lead to greater efficiency and effectiveness in clinical encounters. Your role will require you to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the vision for operational excellence. You will also be responsible for measuring the impact of your initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement and inform future strategies.
