Overview

Talkiatry is seeking a Senior Manager, Patient Access Operations to lead the new patient experience and optimize patient access to mental healthcare. This role requires strong operational excellence and strategic vision.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in operations management, particularly in healthcare or patient services, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams and driving process improvements. You possess a strategic mindset and are adept at using data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel in managing both onshore and offshore teams to achieve operational goals. You understand the importance of patient experience and are passionate about making mental healthcare accessible and efficient for all. You are skilled in refining workflows and optimizing patient interactions, ensuring that every step of the patient journey is seamless and supportive.

Desirable

Experience in mental healthcare operations or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with patient access processes and healthcare regulations will help you navigate the complexities of this role. You are comfortable with technology and innovation, always looking for new ways to enhance patient engagement and activation. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from patients to healthcare providers, is essential for success in this position.

What you'll do

In this role, you will shape the future of Talkiatry's patient access operations, leading initiatives that enhance the new patient experience. You will oversee the intake, outreach, and coordination functions, ensuring that thousands of patients are connected to care each month. Your focus will be on optimizing processes and workflows, using data-driven insights to diagnose issues and test new strategies. You will lead pilot initiatives that explore innovative approaches to patient activation and engagement, driving measurable improvements in conversion and care continuity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you work to redefine how patients access mental healthcare at scale. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of excellence and empathy in patient care.
