What you'll do

In this role, you will provide clinical supervision and mentorship to a team of Behavioral Health Care Managers, supporting their onboarding and ongoing training. You will monitor team performance against key metrics and ensure adherence to clinical workflows and documentation standards. Collaborating with program leadership, you will participate in quality improvement initiatives and workflow enhancements. Your leadership will help shape the delivery of quality mental healthcare, ensuring that the team is equipped to meet the needs of patients effectively. You will also engage in cross-functional collaboration to promote a holistic approach to mental health care.
