You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in growth and user engagement strategies. You are skilled in using data analytics tools and methodologies, including A/B testing and user behavior analysis, to inform product decisions. Your experience with AI technologies enables you to leverage automation and personalization in user workflows effectively. You understand the importance of collaboration and can work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the user, usage, and revenue expansion strategy across freemium, trials, and paid tiers. You will build pathways that drive workflow activation and team collaboration, making PandaDoc indispensable in customers’ daily operations. Your focus will be on using AI for rapid prototyping and reimagining core user flows to enhance the user experience.

You will lead a high-velocity experimentation roadmap, conducting A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user engagement and conversion funnels. Your responsibilities will include ideating, instrumenting, launching, and analyzing tests end-to-end, ensuring that you combine qualitative research with behavioral analytics to uncover friction points and high-leverage opportunities.
