Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in growth strategies and user engagement. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a track record of using analytics to inform product development. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can effectively drive product impact at scale.

You are comfortable with experimentation and have experience leading A/B and multivariate tests. Your analytical mindset allows you to combine qualitative research with behavioral analytics to uncover user friction points and identify high-leverage opportunities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at using AI to enhance product workflows and user experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the user, usage, and revenue expansion strategy across freemium, trials, and paid tiers. You will build pathways that drive workflow activation and team collaboration, making PandaDoc indispensable in customers' daily operations. Your focus will be on integrating AI for rapid prototyping and personalization, ensuring that the product evolves with user needs.

You will lead a high-velocity experimentation roadmap, analyzing funnels, usage loops, and onboarding processes to drive organic growth. Your responsibilities will include ideating, instrumenting, launching, and analyzing tests end-to-end, ensuring that every decision is backed by data. You will partner closely with engineering and design teams to shape user workflows and enhance collaboration across multi-user environments.
