Your analytical mindset allows you to measure impact through real usage data rather than just presentations. You are comfortable using AI to accelerate execution and have experience in leading high-velocity experimentation roadmaps.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ideate and launch impactful features. Your ability to combine qualitative research with behavioral analytics helps you uncover friction points and identify high-leverage opportunities for growth.

Desirable

Experience in a product-led growth (PLG) environment is a plus, as is familiarity with tools and methodologies for A/B testing and multivariate experiments. You are passionate about making products indispensable in customers' daily operations and have a knack for turning insights into actionable strategies.

What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager at PandaDoc, you will own the user, usage, and revenue expansion strategy across freemium, trials, and paid tiers. Your role will involve building pathways that drive workflow activation and team collaboration, ensuring that PandaDoc becomes an integral part of customers' daily operations.

You will lead a high-velocity experimentation roadmap, focusing on funnels, usage loops, onboarding, and collaboration surfaces. Your responsibilities will include ideating, instrumenting, launching, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests from start to finish.

You will partner closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the product evolves in line with user needs and market trends. Your insights into user workflows and team dynamics will guide product development and feature prioritization.
