Who you are
You have a strong background in recruitment, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role — you've successfully managed the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition to offer negotiation, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience that reflects company culture. Your ability to engage with hiring managers and understand their needs makes you a strategic partner in the hiring process. You are data-driven and enjoy using insights to optimize recruitment strategies, ensuring that you attract the best talent available.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working independently while managing multiple roles simultaneously. Your experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) allows you to streamline the recruiting process effectively. You understand the fintech landscape and can leverage your knowledge to identify candidates who will excel in this industry.
What you'll do
As a Talent Partner at Unit, you will take ownership of the entire recruiting cycle, from initial requisition to closing offers.
