Who you are

You are an experienced Campaign Manager with a proven track record in leading integrated lead-generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. You possess strong organizational skills and can manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring that all aspects of the campaign lifecycle are executed flawlessly. Your ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments, including Product, Field, and Corporate Communications, sets you apart. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

You have a deep understanding of campaign strategy and content development, and you are skilled in activation, reporting, and optimization. You are data-driven and can monitor campaign performance effectively, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. Your experience includes working closely with global and regional teams to launch campaigns across various channels, ensuring that all assets are high-impact and aligned with company goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategy development to execution and optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape campaign strategies and deliver high-impact assets. Post-launch, you will monitor performance, report results weekly and monthly, and provide insights to optimize campaigns. You will identify risks and opportunities, driving continuous improvement in campaign execution. Your responsibilities will also include executing owned-channel tactics such as webinars, email nurture programs, and content syndication, leveraging internal speakers for thought leadership.

You will report to the Director of Global Demand Generation & Campaigns and be a critical member of the team. Your role will involve working closely with Demand Generation to ensure that all campaigns align with overall marketing objectives. You will be expected to deliver results that contribute to the company's growth and success, making your role essential in driving the marketing strategy forward.
