Tanium is hiring a Director, Strategic Partner Accounts to drive growth with strategic partners. You'll develop business plans and enhance partner capabilities. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and strategic thinking.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in managing strategic partnerships, ideally within the technology sector, and understand the importance of building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your ability to develop and execute business plans is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration. You are skilled in navigating complex organizational structures and can effectively communicate the value proposition of your company to partners.

You possess a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies, enabling you to guide partners in enhancing their capabilities to sell and deliver services. Your experience in working with large organizations has equipped you with the skills to influence executive-level relationships and drive mutual investment in business initiatives. You are a proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring teams to achieve their goals.

What you'll do

As the Director of Strategic Partner Accounts, you will be the primary point of contact for our most significant partners, responsible for driving growth and ensuring alignment with Tanium's business objectives. You will develop comprehensive business plans that encompass sales, marketing, technical, and service strategies tailored to each partner's unique needs. Your role will involve fostering executive-level relationships to enhance partner engagement and investment in Tanium's offerings.

You will work closely with partners to help them develop Tanium-based services that support their sales efforts and meet customer needs. Educating Tanium's sales teams on the unique value propositions of each partner will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring that they are well-equipped to collaborate effectively. You will also be accountable for tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve sales targets and drive annual recurring revenue growth.
