You have a strategic mindset, capable of developing aggressive customer acquisition strategies that align with corporate objectives. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs allows you to create actionable sales plans tailored to regional accounts. You are adept at maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and facilitating communication to ensure contractual obligations are met.
What you'll do
As the Regional Vice President of Sales at Tanium, you will lead a team of Account Executives, guiding them in their efforts to generate revenue and achieve quotas. You will personally oversee regional enterprise accounts, ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and strategies necessary for success. Your role will involve conducting weekly forecast meetings, coaching your team on effective sales techniques, and reporting on regional sales activity to upper management.
You will collaborate with the Tanium Partner and Channel resources to develop strategic sales plans for named accounts, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performance culture within your sales team, which consists of Directors of Strategic Accounts and Enterprise Account Managers. You will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training new Account Executives, providing ongoing mentorship to help them excel in their roles.
