What you'll do
As the Regional Vice President of Sales, you will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and be responsible for introducing new hospitals and health systems to HealthLeap. Your primary focus will be on moving new and existing client opportunities through the sales pipeline, ensuring that you generate high-quality contracts that contribute to the company's growth. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with the overall business objectives.
You will leverage your extensive network and industry knowledge to identify potential clients and engage them in meaningful conversations about how HealthLeap's AI solutions can transform their patient care processes. Your role will involve conducting presentations and demonstrations, addressing client concerns, and negotiating contracts to close deals effectively.
In addition to client acquisition, you will also play a key role in maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Your ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities will help inform your sales strategies and keep HealthLeap ahead of the curve.
What we offer
HealthLeap offers a competitive salary range of $170k-$190k base salary, plus uncapped commission opportunities, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on your performance. We provide comprehensive healthcare benefits, covering 100% of premiums, and offer unlimited PTO with a recommended minimum of 20 days to ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our 401(k) plan includes a 4% match, and we equip you with the necessary tools, including a laptop, to succeed in your role.
