You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in managing teams and driving revenue growth. Your ability to build and coach high-performing teams is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional partners to align sales and marketing efforts. Your strong communication skills enable you to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Experience in the AI or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics and data-driven decision-making. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a knack for identifying new business opportunities. Your leadership style is inclusive, empowering your team to take ownership of their roles while providing guidance and support.

What you'll do

As the Regional Vice President, you will lead a dynamic sales team responsible for driving top-line revenue across Switzerland and Austria. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new logos while ensuring existing clients are satisfied and increasing their usage of our products. You will build, coach, and enable a team of five Account Executives, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Collaborating with the Vice President, you will define the go-to-market strategy for the region, projecting vertical growth and identifying key partners. You will drive alignment between sales and marketing efforts, ensuring that both teams work cohesively towards common goals. Additionally, you will partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and recruit top sales talent, building a team that excels in delivering value to our clients.
