Who you are

You are a highly skilled Senior Netsuite Engineer with a deep expertise in accounting processes and best practices in NetSuite. You have a strong understanding of related financial systems such as Coupa, Zip, and Concur, and possess excellent troubleshooting skills that allow you to analyze data integrations with upstream and downstream systems. Your attention to detail is complemented by your ability to document processes thoroughly, ensuring clarity and efficiency in your work.

With a collaborative mindset, you thrive in cross-functional teams, working closely with finance professionals to perform testing and ensure seamless transitions during upgrades. You are adept at configuring and customizing the NetSuite system to align with business processes, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. Your experience in architecting scalable NetSuite solutions is a key asset, enabling you to integrate systems effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for administrative functions such as managing roles, permissions, and access controls, as well as overseeing bi-annual releases. You will provide technical consulting and hands-on development, ensuring that the NetSuite system meets the organization's evolving needs. Your expertise will guide the configuration and customization of the NetSuite system, aligning it with the organization's business processes and requirements.

You will architect scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with upstream and downstream systems, enhancing procurement, billing, and other financial operations. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to perform testing and ensure smooth transitions during upgrades, contributing to the overall efficiency of the Finance organization. You will report to the Manager of Corporate Systems and work closely with all areas of the Finance team, making a significant impact on the company's financial processes.
