Who you are

You are a highly skilled Senior Netsuite Engineer with extensive experience in accounting processes and best practices in NetSuite. You possess a deep understanding of financial systems such as Coupa, Zip, and Concur, and have excellent troubleshooting skills that enable you to analyze data integrations effectively. Your ability to document processes in detail and collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures seamless transitions during upgrades and testing phases.

With a strong background in configuring and customizing NetSuite, you align the system with the organization’s business processes, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. You have a proven track record of architecting scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with upstream and downstream systems, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the administrative functions of the NetSuite system, including managing roles, permissions, and access controls. You will also handle bi-annual releases and provide technical consulting and hands-on development to meet the needs of the Finance organization. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering automation and custom solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that the NetSuite system is configured to meet business requirements. This includes working with stakeholders to gather requirements, conducting testing, and ensuring that all changes are documented thoroughly. Your role will also involve troubleshooting issues as they arise and providing solutions that enhance system performance.
