Who you are

You are a highly skilled Senior Netsuite Engineer with a deep expertise in accounting processes and best practices in NetSuite. You have a strong understanding of related financial systems such as Coupa, Zip, and Concur, and possess excellent troubleshooting skills that enable you to analyze data integrations with other upstream or downstream systems. Your attention to detail is complemented by your ability to document processes thoroughly, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to perform testing and ensure seamless transitions during upgrades. Your experience includes administrative functions such as managing roles, permissions, and access controls, as well as handling bi-annual releases. You are adept at configuring and customizing the NetSuite system to align with organizational business processes and requirements, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.

Desirable

Experience with additional financial systems and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with automation and custom solutions tailored to finance operations. You are proactive in seeking out improvements and efficiencies within the systems you manage, and you enjoy mentoring others in best practices for using NetSuite effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for architecting scalable NetSuite solutions that integrate seamlessly with upstream and downstream systems, including procurement and billing. You will configure and customize the NetSuite system to meet the specific needs of the Finance organization, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective. Your role will involve technical consulting and hands-on development, allowing you to leverage your expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will collaborate with various teams to perform testing and ensure that all upgrades and changes are implemented smoothly. Your ability to analyze data integrations will be crucial in identifying potential issues and resolving them proactively. You will also be involved in documenting processes and solutions, contributing to a knowledge base that supports the entire organization.
