Who you are

You are a highly skilled Senior Netsuite Engineer with deep expertise in accounting processes and best practices in NetSuite. You possess excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze data integrations with other upstream or downstream systems. Your experience includes configuring and customizing NetSuite to align with business processes, particularly in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.

You have a strong background in technical consulting and solutioning, with hands-on development experience in NetSuite. Your documentation skills are highly detailed, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to perform testing and ensure seamless transitions during upgrades. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Desirable

Experience with other financial systems such as Coupa, Zip, and Concur is a plus. Familiarity with data integration processes and the ability to architect scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with various systems will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Netsuite Engineer at Tanium, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing the NetSuite system to meet the organization's business requirements. You will architect scalable solutions that integrate with upstream and downstream systems, ensuring that financial processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve administrative functions such as managing roles, permissions, and access controls, as well as overseeing bi-annual releases.

You will work closely with the Finance team to deliver automation and custom solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues will be critical in maintaining system integrity and performance. You will also document processes and solutions thoroughly, facilitating knowledge sharing and training within the team.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with various stakeholders to ensure that all financial systems work harmoniously together. You will participate in testing and validation efforts during upgrades, ensuring that transitions are seamless and that the Finance team can continue to operate without disruption.
