Who you are
You have a strong background in managing partnerships and a deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape β you've successfully collaborated with agencies to drive growth and engagement. Your technical curiosity allows you to quickly grasp complex products and articulate their value to partners, ensuring they can effectively communicate and sell services built around Tapcart. You thrive in a hands-on role where you can lead and teach others, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and success.
You possess excellent relationship-building skills, enabling you to multi-thread within each agency β you engage with leadership, sales, delivery, and marketing teams to drive full-funnel partner engagement. Your strategic mindset allows you to prescribe clear paths to success for partners, based on market demands and proven strategies. You are commercially accountable and understand the importance of aligning partner goals with Tapcartβs objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will immerse yourself in the Tapcart product, quickly gaining fluency to guide partners toward effective messaging and service opportunities. You will collaborate closely with agency partners, helping them develop their service lines on the Tapcart platform and co-selling with our team. Your focus will be on building strong relationships that drive engagement and success across the Shopify landscape.
You will work to identify monetization strategies for services built around Tapcart, including implementation and retention strategies. Your ability to analyze market trends and partner performance will be crucial in prescribing actionable insights that lead to growth. You will also be responsible for developing training materials and resources that empower partners to succeed in their initiatives.
