You have a strong background in managing partnerships and relationships, ideally with agencies or creative professionals. Your experience includes developing go-to-market strategies and understanding the needs of agency partners to help them succeed. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to drive growth and deliver measurable impact. You possess excellent communication skills and can advocate for your partners effectively. You are data-driven and comfortable tracking and reporting on key business metrics to demonstrate success. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to learn and grow within your role.
What you'll do
As a Partner Manager at Squarespace, you will manage long-term relationships with high-value agency partners, focusing on bringing upmarket customers to the platform. You will support these partners in developing ambitious business plans and strategies that align with Squarespace's goals. Your role will involve collaborating on lead generation and sales strategies, ensuring that your partners have the resources and expertise needed to succeed. You will also contribute to shaping the product and channel partner program by sharing insights and advocating for your agency partners.
