Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in managing partnerships and a keen understanding of the eCommerce landscape — you've successfully collaborated with agencies to drive growth and engagement. Your technical curiosity allows you to quickly grasp complex products and communicate effectively with partners. You thrive in hands-on roles where you can lead and teach others, ensuring that partners are equipped with the right tools and strategies for success.
You possess excellent relationship-building skills — you can connect with various stakeholders within agencies, from leadership to sales and marketing teams. Your ability to multi-thread within organizations enables you to drive full-funnel engagement and ensure that partners are aligned with Tapcart's goals. You are commercially accountable and understand how to monetize services effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will dive deep into the Tapcart product, quickly becoming fluent in its features and capabilities. You will guide partners toward the right messaging and service opportunities, ensuring they have a clear path to success based on market demand. Your role will involve collaborating closely with agency partners to develop strategies for implementation and retention, ultimately driving revenue growth for both Tapcart and its partners.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with agency leadership and teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation. Your insights will help shape how the mobile app category is adopted across the Shopify landscape, positioning Tapcart as a leader in the market. You will also monitor partner performance and provide feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies.
