Who you are

You are a motivated self-starter with a passion for sports and a knack for managing projects effectively. You thrive in a remote work environment and are excited about the opportunity to connect with thousands of sports organizations across the country. Your ability to strategically manage relationships and execute various sponsorship tasks will be key to your success in this role.

You possess excellent communication skills and can work collaboratively with diverse teams. You understand the importance of building strong partnerships and are adept at onboarding new sports organization partners to sponsorship campaigns. Your organizational skills allow you to juggle multiple projects while maintaining a focus on quality and results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for executing and scaling the supply side of TeamSnap's business by managing sponsorship campaigns. You will work closely with sports organizations to ensure that sponsorships are successfully implemented and that all parties are satisfied with the outcomes. Your project management skills will be essential as you coordinate various tasks and ensure that deadlines are met.

You will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with sports organization partners, ensuring that they feel supported and valued throughout the sponsorship process. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations will be crucial in fostering these partnerships.
