Who you are
You have a strong background in client success or account management, ideally within the advertising or marketing sector. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with sales and other teams to drive client satisfaction and retention.
You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to clients and internal stakeholders. Your problem-solving abilities enable you to address client concerns proactively and efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and understand the importance of client feedback in shaping product offerings. Your ability to analyze client needs and translate them into actionable insights will contribute to the growth of the business and the success of your clients.

What you'll do
As a Client Success Manager, you will be pivotal in managing a book of agency and brand advertising clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and support, fostering long-term relationships that drive retention and growth. You will collaborate closely with the brand solutions advertising sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
You will conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback on their experiences. This feedback will be invaluable in helping the team refine and enhance service offerings. You will also be responsible for onboarding new clients, guiding them through the initial setup process, and ensuring they are equipped to maximize the value of TeamSnap's platform.
In addition to client management, you will work closely with internal teams to communicate client needs and advocate for their interests. Your insights will help shape product development and marketing strategies, ensuring that TeamSnap continues to meet the evolving needs of its clients.
