What you'll do

As a Sales Associate at Tecovas, you will support the store leadership team by creating an unmatched customer experience for both first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, providing product knowledge, and assisting with sales on the floor. You will also help with cash wrap duties, restocking merchandise, and maintaining overall shopkeeping standards.

You will play a key role in supporting a sales-driven environment, demonstrating extraordinary service standards that enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist the store team with receiving shipments and preparing products for display, ensuring that the sales floor is always well-stocked and organized.

Maintaining an efficient and well-organized stockroom will be part of your duties, allowing easy access for employees and facilitating a smooth restock process. You will also demonstrate loss prevention awareness by participating in cycle counts and transfers, contributing to the overall security and efficiency of the store.

Ongoing staff education is important, and you will participate in sharing product knowledge with your colleagues, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Your proactive approach will help ensure that the store meets its sales goals while providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
