What you'll do

As a Sales Associate at Tecovas, you will greet customers and assist them throughout their shopping experience, ensuring they feel valued and informed. You will demonstrate extraordinary service standards, helping customers with product knowledge and guiding them in their purchases. Your role will also involve maintaining the sales floor, including restocking and ensuring that the store is organized and accessible.

You will support the store team with receiving shipments and preparing products for display, ensuring that the stockroom is efficient and well-organized. Additionally, you will participate in loss prevention efforts by assisting in cycle counts and transfers, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Your responsibilities will also include ongoing staff education, where you will share product knowledge with your team to enhance their selling skills. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive store environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and sales performance.
