Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in UX design, with experience leading projects from discovery through to final handoff to engineering. Your expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma allows you to design intuitive, customer-centered solutions that enhance user engagement. You understand the importance of user research and apply journey-based thinking to inform your design decisions, ensuring that the user experience is seamless and effective.
You are familiar with A/B testing methodologies and can build multiple design options based on research and analysis to improve conversion funnels. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Design, Digital Merchandising, Engineering, and Product Management, ensures that your designs align with business goals and user needs. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency across platforms.
What you'll do

You will design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, ensuring that all designs are user-centered and aligned with the Tecovas brand. Conducting user research will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will analyze web analytics, usability findings, and other data to support your design decisions. You will work closely with the Digital Product team, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the user experience is optimized across all touchpoints. Your role will involve presenting design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs based on input. You will also be responsible for ensuring that designs are implemented correctly during the engineering handoff, providing support and guidance as needed.
