What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of eLearning programs that support Tekion's mission to disrupt the automotive industry through innovative training solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop content that meets those needs. You will oversee the design and implementation of eLearning courses, ensuring they are engaging and effective. Additionally, you will evaluate the success of training programs and make recommendations for enhancements based on feedback and performance metrics. You will also manage project timelines and resources, ensuring that all deliverables are met within budget and on schedule. Your role will involve mentoring and supporting team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
