You are adept at fostering relationships with key decision-makers and have a strategic mindset that aligns with Postman's mission to enhance API development.
Desirable
Experience in the API or software development industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Postman's platform. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market dynamics. A background in technology sales, particularly in enterprise settings, will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on large, strategic accounts. You will define and implement Postmanβs enterprise sales strategy in India, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals. Your responsibilities will include mentoring your team, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve them. You will also collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that the sales approach is aligned with the latest product offerings and market needs.
You will be responsible for building relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and positioning Postman as a strategic partner in their API development journey. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and improve overall performance. Additionally, you will report on sales metrics and provide insights to the executive team to inform strategic decisions.
