You have a strong background in cloud-native technologies and distributed systems, with at least 5 years of experience in a technical support or developer advocacy role. Your expertise spans AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes, allowing you to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues effectively. You thrive on solving challenges and improving the developer experience, demonstrating a genuine passion for open-source software and community engagement.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your collaborative nature allows you to work seamlessly with engineering teams and the developer community, fostering a supportive environment for users. You are a keen learner, always eager to deepen your understanding of distributed systems orchestration, networking, and observability.
Desirable
Experience with automation solutions and performance optimization is a plus. Familiarity with microservices architecture and a strong understanding of cloud-native environments will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to evolving challenges.
What you'll do
