You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your experience includes guiding architectural decisions and ensuring successful adoption of technology in organizations. You are comfortable engaging with engineering leaders and senior developers, helping them understand the value of the tools at their disposal.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are driven by curiosity and a desire to challenge standard thinking, always looking for ways to innovate and improve processes. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As a Staff Solutions Architect at Temporal, you will serve as a strategic technical advisor to Sales Account Executives, assisting with scoping and sizing opportunities in the DACH region. You will lead discussions with prospective and existing customers, helping them design, validate, and scale mission-critical systems using Temporal. Your role will involve guiding architectural decisions and ensuring that customers successfully adopt Temporal's solutions across their organizations.
You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align customer needs with the capabilities of Temporal's offerings. This includes providing insights into best practices and helping customers navigate technical challenges. You will also play a key role in shaping the future of Temporal by sharing feedback from customers and contributing to product development discussions.
