You excel in building relationships with key stakeholders and have a knack for navigating the intricacies of large organizations. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively. You are adept at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment where strategic thinking and execution are paramount.

What you'll do

As the Key Account Vice President at Tempus, you will be responsible for overseeing the business relationship with one of our largest biopharma strategic partners. You will lead a dedicated team focused on sales, delivery, and execution, ensuring that we meet and exceed business KPIs. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies that align with the partner's goals while driving collaboration and innovation.

You will work closely with the SVP of Sales, Life Sciences, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the partnership. This includes guiding your team in executing projects that deliver real-time, actionable insights to physicians, ultimately enhancing patient care. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
