Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in data science with a focus on genomics, holding an MS or PhD in a quantitative discipline such as statistical genetics or computational biology. Your experience includes working with genomic data like DNA-seq and RNA-seq, and you are adept at analyzing large datasets to derive meaningful insights. You possess a deep understanding of machine learning techniques and their application in clinical settings, particularly in the context of precision medicine.
You are skilled in programming languages such as Python and R, which you use to develop and implement algorithms that predict cancer subtypes and treatment responses. Your analytical mindset allows you to interrogate results for robustness and clinical impact, ensuring that your findings are both reliable and actionable. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, science, engineering, and business development teams to build advanced data platforms.
What you'll do
In this role, you will analyze large multimodal datasets to develop AI-powered clinical reports that enhance patient care.
