Job Description
Who you are
You hold an MS or PhD in a quantitative discipline such as statistical genetics, cancer genetics, or bioinformatics — your academic background has equipped you with the skills to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights. You have a strong foundation in machine learning techniques and are familiar with their applications in genomics, which allows you to innovate in the field of precision medicine.
Your experience includes working with genomic data such as DNA-seq and RNA-seq, as well as clinical data from trials and real-world evidence — you understand the nuances of these datasets and how to leverage them for impactful research. You are adept at using programming languages like Python and R for data analysis and algorithm development, and you possess a solid understanding of SQL for database management.
You thrive in collaborative environments and have a proven track record of working with product, science, engineering, and business development teams — your ability to communicate complex findings to diverse stakeholders is one of your key strengths. You are detail-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset, which helps you interrogate analytical results for robustness and clinical impact.
Desirable
Experience with AI-powered clinical reports and algorithms for predicting cancer subtype and treatment response would be a significant advantage — you are eager to contribute to projects that directly improve patient outcomes.
