Your ability to collaborate with technology, research, and business development teams will be crucial in developing advanced sequencing platforms for cancer care.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide high-level oversight of lab operations, ensuring efficient execution of daily workflows while maintaining compliance with relevant standards. You will lead initiatives to enhance data tracking and reporting on lab metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Your responsibilities will include overseeing multiple continuous improvement initiatives and managing change orders effectively.
