You have a Bachelor's degree and experience in operational management, particularly in a healthcare or laboratory environment. What you'll do
As the Pre-Analytic Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the pre-analytics teams, ensuring that operational goals are met. You will assign and prioritize work activities, maintaining quality standards and compliance with organizational policies. Your role includes staff scheduling and managing the needs of a growing lab, which requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You will participate in monitoring audits of OPUS and Salesforce to prevent order delays, communicating directly with key stakeholders to provide clarity on order status and expected completion dates. Troubleshooting and resolving issues will be a critical part of your responsibilities, as will creating incident reports as needed. You will analyze processes and implement improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the order processing workflow.
