Your analytical skills allow you to derive actionable insights from sales data, and you are comfortable using Salesforce to manage and govern sales processes.

You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance. You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner. Your ability to automate processes and streamline operations is a key asset, ensuring that the sales team has timely access to the insights they need to succeed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Sales Operations team at Tempus, focusing on the oncology and neuropsychiatry sales organizations. You will drive sales force effectiveness through strategic activities such as sales team design, headcount planning, and territory design. Your expertise will be crucial in developing sales enablement tools, including dashboards and reports, to provide insights into sales activities and performance.

You will oversee the design of compensation plans, ensuring they are accurate, fair, and motivating for the sales team. This includes quota setting and payout calculations, as well as designing initiatives like the President’s Club to recognize top performers. You will also seek opportunities to automate processes, enhancing the efficiency of the sales operations function.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with various teams across the organization to align sales strategies with broader business goals. You will be instrumental in tracking product launch strategies and ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the necessary insights to drive success.
