What you'll do
In this role, you will assist in the design and implementation of comprehensive compensation plans that incentivize consistent growth in line with Tempus AI's strategic objectives. You will help establish and implement fair and achievable sales quotas for representatives and managers in the oncology and neuropsychiatry sectors. Your responsibilities will include analyzing historical performance data and market potential to inform quota setting and payout calculations. You will continually seek out ways to improve incentive compensation, ensuring that the plans remain competitive and effective.
You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to understand their needs and provide insights that drive decision-making. Your analytical skills will be crucial in developing reports and dashboards that track sales performance and compensation metrics.
