Who you are

You have 2-4 years of experience in IT/system administration, demonstrating a strong ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You are self-motivated and capable of working independently while also collaborating well across teams. Your verbal and written communication skills are proven, allowing you to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with organizational software such as Slack, Adobe, SmartSheet, and Zoom is preferred, showcasing your ability to adapt to various tools that enhance productivity.

What you'll do

As the Enterprise Systems Administrator at Tempus, you will serve as the primary point of contact for SaaS applications related to General and Administrative functions. You will qualify system feature requests with internal business partners, aiming to train teams to retain system workflows effectively. Your role will involve planning and executing system integrations tied to mergers and acquisitions, ensuring that all processes are seamless and efficient. You will also lead procurement conversations, forecasting spend and growth on a user and/or system basis, while proactively identifying and leading strategic projects to improve system efficiency and adoption.
