Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in managing strategic accounts. You excel at building relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your ability to proactively address challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes sets you apart. You possess advanced knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and understand how to align customer goals with organizational offerings. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal teams to resolve escalations and guide product adoption. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of complex accounts, driving customer retention and expansion. You will develop tailored strategies that align customer objectives with Tenable’s solutions, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes. You will collaborate with various internal teams to address customer challenges and facilitate advanced product adoption.
