You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with both front-line users and C-suite executives. You are adept at running hands-on training sessions and executing client success plans that drive value and satisfaction. Your analytical mindset allows you to gather feedback and use it to influence product development and improvements.
Desirable
Experience with healthcare technology solutions or a background in healthcare operations would be a significant advantage. What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Tennr, you will own the customer relationship from onboarding through to renewal and expansion. Your mission is to ensure that every customer experiences the full value of our solutions, which involves understanding their unique needs and challenges. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including front-line users and executive teams, to facilitate smooth implementations and ongoing support. You will conduct training sessions to empower users and ensure they are equipped to utilize our software effectively.
