What you'll do
As an Enterprise Embedded Solutions Engineer at Tennr, you will lead the design and delivery of automation solutions tailored for our most complex customers, including large-scale health systems and national provider groups. Your role will involve conducting pre-sale discovery sessions to understand customer needs and align business cases with technical solutions. You will oversee the entire implementation process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the specified requirements. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with senior customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful go-lives and expansions of our solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, providing insights and recommendations that drive customer satisfaction and long-term success. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of healthcare referrals, helping to streamline processes and reduce delays for patients across the U.S.
